  • Rare and unusual species like Vitex obovata wilmsi (White Vitex), Obetia tenax (Mountain Nettle) and the Sclerocarya birrea (Marula) and Boscia albitrunca (Shepherd's tree) are both unusual species for this area.
  • Spectacular specimens can be seen of Commiphora harveyi (Red-stem Corkwood), Berchmia zeyheri (Red Ivory), Ficus thonningii (Common Wild Fig), Celtis Africana (White Stinkwood) or Harpephyllum caffrum (Wild Plum) to name but a few.
